Welcome!

Everything Vegan by Lish is a blog dedicated to what I do in my every day life! I will post recipes, news, beauty, clothing, and more!

So to start, I want to post my first recipe!





Chocolate Cinnamon Cream Chunks
What you need:
Vegan Chocolate- You can use any kind, I prefer Trader Joe's semi sweet chocolate chips
Vegan Powdered Sugar
Soy Milk(I used the very vanilla kind)
Cinnamon
Flax Seeds
Vegan Cinnamon Graham crackers
Almonds
Cocnut shavings


First Layer

½ cup unsalted butter (Earth Balance)
¼ cup sugar (cane sugar)
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg beaten (can use egg replacer, tofu, flax, etc.)
1 ¼ cups graham wafer crumbs
½ c. finely chopped almonds
1 cup coconut

Melt first 3 ingredients in top of double boiler. Add egg and stir to cook and thicken. Remove from heat. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Press firmly into an non greased 8" x 8" pan.

Second Layer
½ cup unsalted butter (Earth Balance)
2 Tbsp. and 2 Tsp. cream (Soy Milk)
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 cups icing sugar (Make sure to use Vegan Sugar)
1 tbsp cinnamon


Cream butter, cream, vanilla ,cinnamon and icing sugar together well. Beat until light. Spread over bottom layer.

Third Layer
4 oz of semi sweet sweet chocolate chips( You can use 4 oz of chocolate bards as well)
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (Earth balance

Melt chocolate and butter over low heat. Cool. Once cool, but still liquid, pour over second layer and chill in refrigerator.
